Please try to make it to class 5-10 minutes early to make sure you have the full class to work on your rug and find parking.

Any student more than 20 minutes late without contact will no longer be able to attend the class as you will not have time to do the class portion and complete your rug during the allowed time we have for the class.

Tickets to TheTuftestClassInTown are non refundable w/out 48 hour notice prior to class.

​

If you have to miss your class a 75% refund is available within a week prior to class.

​

Rescheduling ticket(s) has a fee of $35 without 48hrs proper notice.

If you miss your class without notice or contact there is NO REFUND

​Rugs are available to pick up the following day 2:30 - 7:00pm and available every day we are open during that same window.

​

as well as any day we are open following.

We can also mail rugs for all students visiting from out of state.
